Report the claim
Report the accident to your insurer or broker and get a claim number. Tell them you would like Spray Technology SA to quote.
Bring the car or send photos
Bring the vehicle to 5 Hartford Road, or WhatsApp clear photos of the damage and the whole car. We book a time for a full assessment.
We quote and send it in
Our assessor prepares an itemised quote with photos and sends it to your insurer or assessor.
Authorisation
Once the insurer authorises the repair, we order parts and book the vehicle in.
Repair with updates
You receive photo updates every 48 hours while the car is in the workshop.
Collect your car
Pay your excess, collect the vehicle, and get your workmanship warranty.

Insurance claims FAQ
Can I choose where my car is repaired?
Many policies let you ask for your preferred repairer, while some insurers send work only to approved panel shops. Ask your insurer or broker, and tell them you would like a quote from Spray Technology SA. We can still assess and quote while you ask.
Do you work with my insurer?
We quote for all insurers and brokers and are applying to insurer panels from November 2026. Call us with your insurer's name and we will tell you how the process works for your claim.
What do I need to bring?
Your claim number, the insurer or broker contact, your driver's licence, the vehicle licence disc, and the keys. If the car cannot be driven, we can arrange towing.
How long will the repair take?
It depends on the damage and on parts availability. You get an estimated completion date with the quote, and photo updates every 48 hours while the work is underway.
Who pays the excess?
The excess is set by your policy and is paid to us when you collect the vehicle. We confirm the amount with your insurer beforehand.
Do you do cash repairs too?
Yes. Many repairs cost less than the excess. We quote private repairs the same way: free assessment, itemised quote, no surprises.
